I have been working with Zinaida for over 10 years. When I started working with her, I was overweight and suffering from chronic back pain. Through core strength development, dietary advice, and support, I not only lost 40 pounds and kept it off, I also no longer have back issues. I have been able to enjoy new and higher levels of physical activity, including skiing, road and mountain biking, hiking, as well as important "life activities" such as enjoying outdoor activities with my wife, children, and grandchildren. And all this accomplished with her careful planning and development of my workout routine from my mid-'50's and now into my '60's. I am in much better shape now than when I was in my 40's. Zinaida has a great personality, she's friendly, fun, and better yet, she's meticulous, and makes sure you're doing the exercises you need and doing them right. She also teaches me French, which is cool.
