Personal Training Fees
A one hour personal training session at Five Points Fitness is $100.00. I also offer duet, small group, and 30-minutes slow-motion strength training sessions.

Strength Training Benefits
You should know this: Dr. Wayne Wescott's study of 1200 participants (men and women) showed that during an 8-week training period, those between 41 and 60 years old added 2.3 pounds of muscles and lost 4.4 pounds of fat.
Those between 61 and 80 years old added 2.4 pounds of muscle and lost 4.1 pounds of fat. Both groups increased their strength approximately 50% and trained 2 to 3 days a week.
