Virtual Personal Training on Zoom or FaceTime from anywhere you are

Focused functional movements with dumbbells, bands, and more. If you’re down for a super easy commute, let’s talk and set up your free intro session.

An hour session is $120 or $60 for 30 mns. An hour duo session is $80 per person or $40 for 30 mns.
